These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Auto Discount Price (the "App"), provided by EmbedEasy ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
The App reads your store's active automatic discounts and displays the discounted price on the storefront via a theme app extension. It does not change your product's price or compare-at price, and does not modify checkout. Your use of Shopify remains subject to Shopify's own terms.
Auto Discount Price: $6.99/month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
The plan is billed and processed entirely through Shopify's billing system (Shopify App Pricing), not by us directly. Prices may change on notice; changes will not affect your current billing period.
You agree to use the App lawfully and only for your own store(s), and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbedEasy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it, which also cancels billing through Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. On uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
